AU SAFGRAD organised a Workshop in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) on : “Strengthening the links between farmers’ organizations and the agricultural research and extension community” , 08-09 November 2017.
The meeting was atended by experts and leaders coming from various national, regional and international organisations among which representives of Farners Organisations Including PAFO (Pan-African Farmers Organisations).
After two-day discussions, combining plenary as well group sessions, strong recommendations have been made to enhance the links between farmers’ organizations and the agricultural research and extension community.
