Program content

• Strengthening partnerships between the National Agricultural Research Systems (NARS), the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) Organization, International Advance Research Institutions, private sector and other agri-research stakeholders is critical for building the resilience of livelihoods in semi-arid zones of Africa.
• Strengthen collaboration and partnership between the NARS on the one hand, the CGIAR and other research institutions, on the other, in order to facilitate implementation of resilience building activities.
